Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of garagedoorrepairfranklintnservice.com and the service relationship between you and Franklin Garage Door Pros. By using this site or booking service with us, you agree to the terms below.
Service Quotes & Pricing
We don't publish flat pricing on this site because garage door repair, installation, and maintenance costs depend on the specific parts, labor, and access involved. Every job gets a written, itemized quote before any work begins. Final pricing may adjust only if the scope of work changes once a tech is on-site, and you'll be informed before any additional work starts.
Scheduling & Same-Day Service
"Same-day service" reflects typical availability for most calls but isn't a guarantee for every request, especially during high-demand periods, severe weather, or after-hours calls. We'll give you an honest estimate of timing on your initial call.
Workmanship Warranty
Completed jobs carry a workmanship warranty covering the labor performed. Parts installed may carry a separate manufacturer warranty. Specific warranty terms and duration are provided in writing at the time of service and vary by job type and parts used.
Website Content
Content on this site, including service descriptions, area pages, and blog-style content, is provided for general informational purposes. It doesn't replace an on-site diagnosis, and actual repair needs can only be confirmed by a technician in person.
Third-Party References
Where this site references outside organizations (for example, industry safety resources), those references are informational only. We aren't affiliated with, and don't speak on behalf of, any garage door manufacturer or industry association named in our content unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
Franklin Garage Door Pros is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For service-related liability, our written quote and job agreement at the time of service governs the specific work performed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most current version.
